A typical system will consist of a pressure booster pump (if necessary) control panel, ultrasonic or position switch required for automatic operation; all necessary piping with correctly sized and strategically mounted spray assemblies with nozzles. Local operation is possible by selecting Local Mode via selector switch on the Control Panel. Auto filter cleaning is included in a standard system.

Components of our dust control systems are made of robust materials, e.g. stainless steel. Spare parts for most of our dust suppression systems are stocked at our premises at all times. Quality and operation tests are performed and registered prior to goods dispatch.

Our dust suppression / control systems are typically used at: tipping bays, ROM Bins, crusher feed points, crusher discharge points, conveyor transfer points, screening circuits, ship offload, stackers, reclaimers, etc. Specific applications are carefully analysed by our engineers and appropriate dust control systems are designed and installed.
