Water spray systems remain the most efficient and cost effective means of dust control for both, process and fugitive dust emissions within industries like mining as the dust remains with the product of origin while it is being disturbed.
Each of our dust suppression/control systems is designed for a specific application, it is fully automatic but it also can be operated manually by the user. System components such as spray assemblies, control panels, self-flushing water filters are made of robust stainless steel. Appropriate spray assemblies are strategically mounted and equipped with correctly sized nozzles. All systems are flexible and the spray pattern can easily be adjusted. An accurate addition of recently developed dust suppression/control enhancement chemicals can be included.
